Standard Practice Policies

At Gigi’s Glo & Go, our goal is to provide every client with a safe, professional, and high-quality experience. The following policies are in place to ensure fairness, efficiency, and the best possible care for all of our clients.

Appointments & Booking

All services at Gigi’s Glo & Go are by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled online through our booking system or directly with our staff.

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to all policies listed on this page.

Deposits

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment time.

Deposits:

• Are applied toward the total cost of your treatment.

• Are non-refundable.

• May be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.

Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation policies are not followed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for advance notice.

• At least 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling.
• Cancellations made the day of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Refunds will not be issued once appointments are made only reschedules.

Late Arrivals

We kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late:

• Your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.

• In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

• Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service cost.

• A 15 minute grace period will be applied to your appointment, it will be at the injectors discretion if you will be seen if you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. 

No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as missing a scheduled appointment without notice.

No-shows will result in:

• Loss of deposit

• Possible fees

• Result in refusal of future services.

Payments

We accept multiple forms of payment including credit cards, affirm, afterpay, cashapp, care credit, FSA/HSA cards, Klarna and as well as in house financing with Cherry payment plans.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated.

Financing services such as Affirm or other payment providers are subject to their respective terms and agreements.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, all services are non-refundable.

Once a treatment has been performed, results may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

If you have concerns about your results, please contact us so we can evaluate and determine the best course of action.

Treatment Results

Aesthetic and medical treatments vary by individual. Results depend on factors including:

• Skin type

• Medical history

• Lifestyle

• Treatment plan compliance

Multiple treatments may be required to achieve optimal results.

Medical Disclosure & Consent

Clients must provide accurate medical history and current health information prior to receiving treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment safety and results.

All clients must sign a medical consent form before receiving services.

Minors

Certain treatments may require clients to be 18 years of age or older.

Minors may only receive approved services with parental or legal guardian consent.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Gigi’s Glo & Go respects and protects client privacy.

All personal information, medical history, and treatment details are kept confidential and used solely for treatment and record-keeping purposes.

We do not share client information without consent except where required by law.

Right to Refuse Service

For safety and professional reasons, Gigi’s Glo & Go reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• Provides inaccurate medical information

• Displays inappropriate or abusive behavior

• Is not a suitable candidate for treatment

Our priority is the safety of our clients and staff.
