At Gigi’s Glo & Go, consultations are performed by Gisela Ceniceros, RN, and Krystal Mendoza, RN, certified nurse injectors with advanced training. All medical services are under the direction of Dr. Lisa M. Roy, ensuring that every treatment plan meets the highest medical standards.

How The Consultation Works
Duration: 30-60 Minutes Depending On The Service
Price: $55 yearly consultation fee.
Every new client requires a consultation and clearance from our Nurse Practitioner before beginning treatment. This Good Faith Exam includes a full medical history review and ensures you are safe to receive services and medications.

Who Needs a Consultation?
New weight loss client (Required)
One-time yearly Good Faith Exam with a Nurse Practitioner is required before starting Semaglutide or Tirzepatide
Interested in Filler Dissolving
For patients unhappy with previous filler, a consultation is needed to review medical history and determine the safest dissolving approach using Hylenex®.
Unsure About IV Drips or Vitamin Therapy
If you are not sure which IV hydration drip or vitamin injection is best, a consultation will help create a wellness plan based on your lifestyle, energy levels, and health goals.
Considering Dermal Fillers
If you are interested in lip filler, cheek filler, chin filler, jawline contouring, or full facial balancing, a consultation helps us evaluate your facial structure and recommend the best option for natural results.
First-Time Wrinkle Relaxer Patients
If you are new to wrinkle relaxers a consultation allows us to assess your muscle movement, discuss how long results last, and recommend the right product for your needs.
Combining Multiple Treatments

Valid ID
List of current medications and supplements
Any past treatment history (Botox, fillers, weight loss medications, etc)
For patients 15–17: parental and PCP clearance for weight loss program
Any aesthetic services must be 18+
Every new client at Gigi’s Glo & Go in El Paso begins with a consultation, also known as a Good Faith Exam, to review medical history and ensure services are safe and effective. During this appointment, you’ll meet with our Nurse Practitioner and Gisela Ceniceros, RN, to discuss your goals and create a personalized treatment plan.
This one-time consultation fee is valid for an entire year. Meaning you won’t need to repeat it each time you try a new service.
