Microneedling has minimal downtime, but following aftercare guidelines
will help you protect your skin and maximize results.
Keep the treated skin clean and avoid touching it with unwashed hands.
Avoid makeup, sunscreen, or skincare products for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
Use only gentle cleansers and hydrating products recommended by your provider.
Avoid direct sun exposure and always wear SPF once approved to resume.
Do not pick, scratch, or exfoliate the skin as it heals.
Avoid hot tubs, saunas, and intense workouts for 48 hours.
Stay hydrated and nourish your body with healthy foods.
Mild redness or swelling is normal and usually resolves within a few days.
Skin may feel dry or tight, use a gentle moisturizer as advised.
Results build gradually, with optimal improvements after a series of treatments.
